White Water Rafting on the Tieton River

White water rafting on the Tieton River offers the experience of a lifetime for adventure seekers. The river boasts challenging, class III-IV rapids including Wild Rose, High Noon, and the iconic Waffle Wall. The Tieton River is one of the steepest rafting rivers in Washington featuring nearly 600 feet of elevation drop over the course of the rafting portion of the river. The flow of the Tieton River runs strong for the majority of the year and September is the best time for rafting as the current tends to be weaker and safer for rafters. The scenic canyon that towers over the river is National Forest and features more undeveloped forest than other rivers in the area.
